Bondi Beach. Our stylish new 1.5 bedroom apartment is located within a short 2 minute walk to Sydney’s iconic Bondi Beach. The 3-storey Art Deco building (1930s) is very well-kept and sits in a quiet cul-de-sac part of a pleasant Bondi street. The apartment has been tastefully renovated with polished floors and modern finishes, yet it retains nice Art Deco period features such as high ceilings with ornate details.
Accommodating up to 3 adults, the main bedroom has a Queen size bed (205 x 155 cm) and the second smaller bedroom has a comfortable King Single bed (107 x 205 cm). We have all modern appliances, such as a brand new stainless steel fridge, washing machine/dryer, microwave, 96 cm LCD screen TV and new elegant leather lounge. Altogether you have an elegant relaxed beachside home, which is 300 metres from the beach and next to all of Bondi’s exciting lifestyle options.
The apartment is available for a short-term rental (up to 6 weeks) from December 2008 to February 2009. The rent is AUD 1,000 to AUD 1,400 per week negotiable for longer stays. Please contact Stan to make a booking via email on . Hurry, it won’t be vacant for long!
