MAXIMUM 8 VISITORS ON STAY - 2 VISITORS PER BEDROOM.
WEEKLY RATES
2 BR's - $2,400 p/w - maximum 4 visitors on stay
3 BR's - $2,900 p/w - maximum 6 visitors on stay
4 BR's - $3,600 p/w - maximum 8 visitors on stay
BOOKING DEPOSITS, BALANCES, BOND.
A 50% deposit is required to secure visitors booking dates.
Booking Balance required 30 days prior to arrival date.
Bond: $3,000 -payable via credit card upon visitors arrival.

Dear Diane, thanks for the great house we really enjoyed the stay and what a great location. the lady at the local shop just around the corner was fantastic as was the the restaurants just a short stroll up the street. I was pleasantly surprised when we got there as the house and location were just great..We used taxis to Darling harbour $10-12 as well as the light rail. When we walked to the local shop all the locals said hello which was nice. The location is a safe and quiet street yet 5 min walk to several restaurants and main road. The best thing was coming back to a nice house and those 2 big couches that we had a pre dinner nap in several times. I have already told several friends about the house and its location and hope others who read this will be put at ease with their decision to stay here as it has 99% of all your needs ( no Foxtail ) and Diane is only a phone call away if you need any help Thanks again and we will see you next time we stay in Sydney and thanks or the loyalty discount next time we stay
