The modern bathroom (with bath) and equally modern kitchen complete this delightful property. Wall oven, microwave and all other appliances enable you to prepare a simple snack or a dinner party with ease.

Broadband fast internet connection is included and the telephone is on for local calls. There is also a printer available for your use.

The ferry is literally at the bottom of the garden, there is a park within a 50 metre walk and the bus is within a 5 minute walk. Circular Quay is 8 minutes by fast peak hour ferry.

If you have fishing in mind you can fish from the garden area below the apartment block or hire a boat from Abbotsford and tie up nearby.

The apartment is fully equipped with all linen, as well as all kitchen and dining requirements.

Street parking is easy and there is a parking permit to use if you have a car.

The price is from $1000 to $2500 per week depending on season and length of stay.
A bond of $1500 is required and is returned at the end of the tenancy after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment. There is a mandatory clean fee of $200.
