Lounge Room Large & open plan equipped with large plasma TV, with cable access & surround sound opening through bifold doors which extend the living area onto the large rear deck, with water views, the Dining Room seats 10 comfortably, with bar and opening onto sunny north facing deck
The house is equipped with the most up to minute technology a “Smart house” it has been wired using Clipsal Cbus technology, with data labeled light switches, and touch screen, providing any ambient lighting you may require.
