The house is in a quiet tree-lined cul-de-sac and offers rear lane access from Glenview Lane. Within minutes you can access the Cross City Tunnel, Eastern Distributor and Harbour.
There is limited on-street parking available.
Public transport could not be easier, with the Bus Stop just metres away; this will take you through Bondi Junction to North Bondi or through the City to Circular Quay.
Kings Cross Train Station is a 10 minute walk away.
All your shopping needs and local stores are within walking distance at the famous Five Ways. There’s a Woolworth’s store, plenty of cafes/restaurants and the historic Royal Hotel with a relaxed and classy atmosphere for a drink after work.
